Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that’s used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue. Deep tissue massage may also promote faster healing by releasing the superficial fascia that surrounds muscles.

Hot Stone Massage

DSC_0894 (2).JPG

A hot stone massage is a wonderful add-on to any massage session that can enhance relaxation, promote circulation, and soothe tired muscles. During a hot stone massage add-on, the massage therapist places smooth, heated stones on various points of the client's body, such as the back, legs, hands, and feet. The heat from the stones helps to relax the muscles and increase blood flow, which can aid in the healing process. The therapist may also use the stones as massage tools, applying pressure and using them to knead and glide over the muscles. This add-on is perfect for those who suffer from chronic pain, stress, or tension, as the warmth and pressure of the stones can help to ease tight muscles and promote relaxation.

Aromatherapy Foot Soak and Scrub

An Epsom salt foot soak is a luxurious add-on to any massage session that can enhance relaxation, promote circulation, and soothe tired muscles. During an Epsom salt foot soak massage add-on, the client's feet are immersed in warm water with added Epsom salt while the massage therapist massages the client's feet and lower legs. The warm water helps to relax the muscles and soften the skin, while the Epsom salt and essential oils helps to reduce inflammation and ease pain. This add-on is perfect for those who spend a lot of time on their feet, suffer from plantar fasciitis, or simply want to pamper themselves with a little extra TLC.
